11months baby food

A. dear parent, for 11 months old baby, feed at least 4 times a day more than 3/4 Katori per meal and give a snack in between morning options: dry fruit or nuts milk, upma, Idli, dosa, stuffed paratha, porridge later: fruit lunch: roti soaked in dal and vegetable , soft dal rice with vegetables, curd rice, vegetable daliya, vegetable khichadi later: milk, fruit evening: finger foods like vegetables cutlets, bread with peanut butter, cucumber sticks, fruit dinner : any items like lunch avoid highly mashed and blender foods as child will not learn to eat resulting in future feeding problems.
