10month old was eating fine Since few days refusing to eat anything and have vomiting fag reflux And not sleeping as well What might b the reason

if the child has sudden developed with the vomiting sensation of gag reflex, it may be because of food alteration.
if a child is passing motion properly you can just observe for 1 to 2 days.
give the child with lots of liquids along with oral rehydration solution ORS.
