Generally babies able to sit around 6-8 months but few babies take time to sit , start crawling after that they sit around 9-10 months. Feed calcium, protein rich foods for Bones and muscle strength. Diary products, idly,Ragi,oats,Dalia, carrot, Beans, potato,Dal(lentils), home made cerelac with pulses, grains,dry fruits.
