103 fever in molar eruption is possible

A. whenever the child is suffering from viral infection or bacterial infection then only such type of high grade fever will occur and it is not related to the tooth eruption phase

A. no it is not possible the temperature 100f or above is considered as fever which indicates that your child is probably sick. teething just raises body temperature slightly. it can not cause fever please consult your pediatrician
