This happens because babies have a larger surface area on their head relative to their body, which allows them to lose heat more quickly, and they also have an immature thermoregulation system that hasn't fully learned to balance heat and cold.

This is Normal and you should not be worried as far this but still it would be better to get a proper guidance by your doctor regarding any such kijund of query so that anything should not be missed . so a proper guidance can be taken just to rule out any other potssibility ...
