A. Hi parent please give easily digestible Food like curd rice khichdi vegetable soup upma daliya mashes etc you can give mashed potatoes and carrots and sweet potato and green peas banana apple chiku papaya pear etc you can give soji halva Shira rab laddu khir pancakes sabudana porridge etc
