10 days old baby bilrubin test result is 16.. so photo therapy is essential for it or feeding well or show sunlight?

A. 16 is little high I believe it’s good time for you to check with the doctor if they confirm that you need to go get a phototherapy then you should because it is going to be important otherwise if it’s not needed they will say no

My baby is 23 days old. she had jaundice 16 after 3 days of birth and was kept in photo therapy for 2 days. later her jaundice came down to 13 and we were discharged. again after 5 days we felt she is looking more pale. we seek doctor and again she was put in photo therapy for 3 days and was discharged after her jaundice came down to 13. we were advised to show her in morning sunlight without clothes. after 2 weeks putting her in sunlight today her jaundice is 14.1. pls advise what to do.
