1 year 11month girl child suffering loose motions 5-6 time doctor given zinc antibiotics Ofloxacin darolac but there's no relief what should I do Even she doesn't want to eat

A. hi parent she is having infection so body is trying to fight with it , hence she will not be able to eat properly please show to doctor to give proper hydration
