1 year 11momths old boy having fever from yesterday night 1PM, we are giving 4ml calcpal syrup based on fever. We gave calpal at 4PM in the evening but again high fever 101 started at 9PM so we gave mefthal syrup 5ml at 9PM and fever has come down but again now at 3PM high fever so we gave him mefthal 5ml again. at 03:40 he vomited so we did spong bath. looks like he is still having fever. what we are supposed to do now. he is not having any cold or cough. rest all activities are normal.
