ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. hi 1 tbsp is 15 ml . introduce fruits, boiled veggies in your baby's diet. also continue breastfeeding. banana, apple, avoid citrus fruits. potato, sweet potato, carrot, bottle gourd, red pumpkin all boiled and mashed.
