1 month baby.... she is having cold and doctor suggested to use nasal drops.... Even she is not sleeping and sleeping only after paracetamol (T-98) syrup is given from last 2 days. What may be the reason and should u contact pediatrician?

Nasal drops are good to be given and do not continue to give paracetamol like this because paracetamol unnecessarily can give loan onto the liver of the child if you’re giving it for no reason if there is no fever don’t give paracetamol it seems like your child could probably be having stomach pain and for that you should give medicine for stomach pain what you do when you give paracetamol you help in reducing that problem so give proper medicine for proper thing not paracetamol
