1 month 10 days old baby......will the motion have a smell....is it normal or does the baby have stomach infection

A. Please check for few days if smell continues consult doctor through online or direct if continues for more days baby have stomach infection it leads to vomtings and motions so check if consistent smell for few days don’t panic these are all normal they keep everything in mouth
