1. Having red acne all over front and back..... 2. Fever from last 4 days and baby is very very cranky, not eating plz guide......

Please check with your doctor ones because if your child is having fever for more than three days and it is a matter of concern you need to check with your doctor in the first place to understand where it is going wrong and what are supposed to be done for this
