A. A 1.5-year-old baby should ideally pass urine (pee) around 4 to 8 times a day, depending on how much fluid she drinks, the weather, and her activity level. Regular urination with light yellow or clear urine usually means she is well-hydrated. If she pees less than 3 times a day, has dark yellow urine, or seems uncomfortable, it could indicate dehydration. Make sure she gets enough fluids through water, milk, and juicy fruits. If you notice a sudden drop in urine output or any unusual signs, consult your pediatrician.
