Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl5 years agoA. Hello ma’am If it is a packaged food that I would not advise you to start eating it and even you should avoid fried food whether it is package of regular for at least minimum 2 1/2 to 3 months because it is not very healthy to eat these foods for initial 2 to 3 months whether it is a normal delivery or C-section delivery if you are keen on eating potato chips like this that you can just slice a raw potato teen put a little bit of ghee I do not stick pan add just cook it on the lowest flame it will be crispy a nice to eat that way your urge of eating potato will be sorted but not otherwise please
