Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 2 children5 years agoA. it is very common practice to have iron tablets as supplements during pregnancy for proper growth of the foetus so it is always good to have this supplements during pregnancy so you should have it along with that you should keep yourself well hydrated because sometimes due to iron tablets constipation may happen and it is given to each and every pregnant lady so you should not worry too much about your baby's brain development just keep thinking good and positive about it
