whenever your baby demands milk always offer breastmilk. it ll increase your milk supply.
try to have cumjn water early in fhe morning. it will increase milk supply.

hi,

I did offer her breast milk but she suck for 10 mins max and start crying. we have already giving her formula feed using bottle. not sure how to start breast feeding now.

my baby is 2 and half months old and she is on formula feed as I didnt had much milk in starting and now I have started breast feeding for her but not sure whether the milk is sufficient for her or not. shall I continue to breast feeding only and stop formula milk? I am worried if her hunger is satisfied or not with bm.

Hi first time breast feeding mothers,
I hv 2 boys 9f age 5 and age of 10mnths and fed my 1st son for 1 and half years...nd wish d same for my 2nd..who said it's difficult ??not like tat...hopefully hv good food with protein vitamins and hv milk of 1lt...hv milk sweets, healthy fruits, white rice with healthy veggies sure milk secretes...nd d only thing v need to follow is v should feed our child continuously for 6 months max atleast 5mnths min..our breast veins will start secreting milk that is called lactation in science ..so dnt hesitate to feed if ur milk production is low..eat good healthy food milk products more coz feeding will make us healthy and remember if v feed our baby for atleast an year or more our baby will b with healthy immune system and apart from this v r out of breast cancer danger...v won't sure get breast cancer it has been proved..so hopefully feed ur baby nd get rid of diseases for ur baby nd u

I totally agreed with you. I have a daughter of 6 months and I haven't faced any problem in lactation. All I did was to have 1ltr. milk daily in pregnancy and more no. of fruits as compared to chapati and rice.

very tiring ,I got to face my daughter and sleep all the time, the moment.it urn she some how knows and then she starts crying so again feeding and making her sleep process starts
