that was very difficult time for me😩😩😩 I used to cry bcz of low milk supply but I searched so many things to increase breast milk I changed my diet and finally it's working 😊😊

yeah yes it's true but boppy pillow is a life saver. really it helped me a lot . so bp made breastfeeding easy.

yes as said it is difficult but when you learn the proper posture and handle a grip it becomes rather easier.you need to understand the requirement of the baby and feed him/ her till her stomach is fill once it's done you get enough time to relax your self .while I was breastfeeding my first child I got pregnant with my second child I HV got different opinions from different doc on continuing or stopping breastfeeding for my first one but as I had enough strength to handle I breastfeed my first child till I went to labour there was no issues with me my second child was also healthy born with 3.30 kg and once the baby arrived my first child automatically stopped breastfeeding herself.so it became easier for me to stop and start for other one now it's been almost 22 months and the journey has taken other phase .I suggest all the mother to breast feed your child to keep them healthy and strong

meri premature baby hai jisi ki wajha se baby breastfeeding nnahi kar pati thi ganto spoon se feed karna padta tha or heater ke samne garam karna padta tha kahi thandi na ho gaye par ab meri baby breastfeeding nahi karne lagi h bhohot mehnat ke baad

I am mother of twins babies. Breast feeding is not easy for twins babies... bt still I manage and giving breast feeding to my childs.

Because of C section breastfeeding became bit difficult due to back and specially neck pain.The position also matters as some times I felt comfortable in one position but not always.
Mostly I fed sitting with pillow at back but later this was not possible as I was occupied with household work. so in hurry just fed wherever I was at home.

I made sure to wear saree when we are going out with my baby as with saree it is more comfortable.

Also I massaged my breast from seven month of pregnancy specially the nipple with santulan breast oil.

this helped for the nipple.

Though all difficulties breastfeeding is a real blessing because I have seen so many mother facing problem without sufficient milk.
