Hey dear, baby' s food is basically divided into 3 stages based on their growth & ease of digestion..
1. stage 1(6-8 months)- you can give fruits (puree of either banana, Apple, Peaches, Apricot, Avocado, prunes), Vegetables (messed potato, sweet potato, carrots in curd, pumpkin, cucumber, bottle guards), grains (oats, ragi, suji) & poultry ( that includes only chicken soup at this stage)
2. You can give rice water, moong dal water, coconut water & normal boiled water to keep your baby hydrated.
Stage 2 (8-10 months) when you can introduced more varieties of food n semisoilds.
Stage 3 (10-12 months) when baby's digestive system is ready for family food.
Thank you

Hi Mommy, my baby is just 7.5 months old. What do you think I should include in her diet to prevent dehydration or side effects of summer season?
She is having dal rice powder cooked in water- ghee, apple/banana milk shake, apple-carrot puree, some amounts of cow milk, breastmilk when required and small sips of boiled water after having solids. Pls suggest.
