Summer foods to prevent dehydration in babies

mera baby 2 month ka hai... usko kya du khanne k liye...my first baby
pls don't give anything except breast milk upto your kid reaches 6months, breast milk has enough water and nutrients for babies good health

1. Watermelons- Watermelons are juice and they contain a lot of water in them and are must eaten in summers.
2. Papayas- Papayas should be must eaten to prevent dehydration.
3. Blueberries- Blueberries contain a lot of water in them.
4. Figs- Figs are tasty as well as they are a must in summers.
5. Broccoli- Broccoli is very healthy and has many nutrients in them which should be consumed at the time of summer.
6. Lettuce
7. WATER- 12 glasses of water should be drunk in a day.
8. Vegetables- A lot of vegetables in the form of salads or soups should be consumed.
9. Citrus fruits- Citrus fruits like lemons, oranges should be consumed in form of drinks and salads.
