Ragi malt, dry dates paste, apple juice, carrot juice

mashed bananas, mashed mangoes, Khichdi dal curd, potato, sweet potato, mashed pears, apple, avocados, sheera, Ragi porridge, Sufi Kheer, no white sugar and white salt instead we can give palm sugar and black salty just to taste.

hi my baby is 8 month old now n as suggested by doctor i started ragi sari n vegetable puri like carrot, beetroot, beans, with fruits like apple, n pear puri n dal water and khichdi

at morning
9am = ragi sari

11.30am =fruit puri

1.30pm = khichdi

4pm = dall n veggie soup

7.30pm = ragi sari

this is my baby food chart with breast milk as needed

well mashed banana in milk, a nice thick banana shake worked wonders for my son
