I use dermadew suggested by my doctor and its very nice. It has geasy texture like Vaseline and blocks the skin from getting in contact with any wetness in rash area. Would recommend you to try once

The best is to wash your baby rash area with baby soap in warm water and apply coconut oil-- First, take coconut oil in your palm then rub them well and the oil well becomes warm and then apply to the rash area and the baby body.
