But it's always better in terms of hygiene and infection that can affect the child. I am still using pampers pants for my daughter who is now 2 yrs old, and have never faced a single complaint about diapers. Infact I am extremely thankful to all the companies manufacturing diapers for our lives much more easier.
So to all the new moms stop listening to your midwives theory and give yourself some good time and your child some sleepful nights.
