Whether you use a cloth diaper or disposables the main thing that keeps the baby’s bum clean and rash free is hygiene.
Change the diaper often as needed( cloth diaper - as soon as it is wet, disposables in 4-5hours) . Use clear plain water for cleaning rather than depending on wipes everytime. If somehow rashes devolep, its better not to put on any diaper and moisturise with oil( i go with mustard)and leave the area open to air and the rash is gone😊

pampers are best..and if my baby have diaper rash I apply mustard oil on the affected area with some cotton ball and they are gone till morning🙂
