my twin babies are on formula milk .now they are 3months completed now what can I feed them to have a diet to healthy weight gain

Hi Mommy...

Even my babies are twins and are now 9 months..They were on Formula milk till 6 months.After 6 months on doctors advice i started semi solids and continued Formula milk

For my little one my mil made a sabudana and dry fruit mix which can be used for a month: Roast small sized sabudana, cool down make powder n keep aside, shallow fry dry fruits in ghee n make powder now mix sabudana n dry fruit, now you can make halwa of this mix, very nutritive and healthy😊

1 apple - peel it
2 spoons rice (medium size spoon)
cook both in a pressure cooker
then turn into mixture jar nd add half banana in. grind it. if baby eat it surely wait gain 👍👍👍
