For my little one my mil made a sabudana and dry fruit mix which can be used for a month: Roast small sized sabudana, cool down make powder n keep aside, shallow fry dry fruits in ghee n make powder now mix sabudana n dry fruit, now you can make halwa of this mix, very nutritive and healthy😊

how much you can give breast milk. no other food is equal to mother feeding. so that mother needs to take healthy food

Mashed potatoes, banana milk shake, 1 time rice, 1 egg per day, increase the amount of carbohydrates but don't give too much of added sugar, chocolates...go for natural sugar.

Ingredients:
Dates - 2 no
Badam - 2 no
Dry grapes - 4 to 6 no
Poha - 1tsp
Milk - 3tsp

Steps:
Sock Dates,Badam and dry grapes in water for about 6hrs.
Sock Poha in water for about 10min.
Graind both together in paste form.
Boil milk in low flame and add the paste and stop the gas stove.
let it cool and feed for baby...
