1 banana in mid morning (11am-12pm), bowl of dal chawal with home made ghee in lunch(1-2 pm) and bowl of dal chawal with home made ghee for dinner(8-9pm).
and good snack in early morning (8-9am) and some veggies with or without roti in evening(5-6pm). 8-9 hours of sleep in the night and plenty of activities throughout the day.
