Hello Moms, It has always been a matter of concern what to give to a baby so that he could gain weight. Share if you know of food items that can help babies gain weight.
First of all guys it\'s important that your baby should have correct weight at his or her age. Secondly always feed your baby home made food like fruit porridge, vegetable khichdi, boiled eggs, fresh fruits like bananas, apple, pear, curd, milk etc. You can give your baby walnut and almonds dry fruit homemade powder along with suji halwa or porridge. It will help your baby in weight gain. If your baby is on breast feed continue the same for atleat 6months to atleat 2years. Hope this help you.

In uggu..we take white rice and 1/4toordal and 1/4th moongdal..all are dry roasted and make it rough rava or powder..Also adds jeera&ajwain 1tbsp..and almonds&kajoo also..(roasted)

As a mother what i feel is that it is not about gaining weight because every baby has different body type like we adults do.Our concern as mothers and caretakers are that we ensure we feed our babies balance diet and that the babies should not be forced fed.Keep in mind what are they allergic to. Make sure they are fed on time. #Never ever compare your babies with other babies#Every baby is unique and that they are all beautiful that way 😘
