i prefer bnana and chapati for weight gain. i used to give to my baby. u started with bnana shake with 1/4 th part of bnana then increase the amount and reached 1 bnana daily. it helps gaining weight. gave roti with milk and sbji or soup.

breast milk is best food for weight gain till 1 year after first 6 months if ur baby is under weight then u can try giving them banana, potatoes, sweetpotatoes,ragi, ghee,dates paste, avocado, mix pulses and dry fruit powder, healthy shakes home made not store bought and before giving new food u should stick to 3 day rules
