Hello Moms, It has always been a matter of concern what to give to a baby so that he could gain weight. Share if you know of food items that can help babies gain weight.
exclusively breast feeding or formula feeding till 6 months
then after completing 6 months I started giving her mashed and boiled veggies anything it could be may that be potato,carrot , broccoli etc....then i started giving her dry fruits powder in her semi solids like biscuits and milk add half spoon of dry fruits powder and it\'s done....lentils water and rice water which is very nutritious for babies....after one year i started giving her cow milk and solid foods....rice khichdi with lots of veggies,finger size boiled veggies etc...

Baby needs to grow healthy and fit with no outside food then please give them with home made food;
