As a doctor and nutrition expert I would suggest all things high in protein helps in gaining weight like all Indian dals , ghee, curd, mashed pulses , sprouts , bananas and so on ... but baby should give balanced diet n not just proteins to gaining weight I personally believe good immunity defines healthy state not amount of weight .
