Hello Moms, It has always been a matter of concern what to give to a baby so that he could gain weight. Share if you know of food items that can help babies gain weight.
try always including foods which are rich in iron and calories. as both helps in growth and development of baby. also add 2 snacks in between their daily meal routine. snacks doesn\'t mean always about crackers or dairy. include more of vegetables, fruits, nut butters in case of vegetarian.

Daily boiled Egg must and should .
Fruit juice or any fruit every day.
Raw vegetables like Carrot and Beetroot if they can eat .
Lunch with Rasam or dal.If they eat we can prefer to have non-veg also like mutton, fish.
Weekly ones or twice leafy vegetable curries must and should.
Prefer to have dry fruits daily like Almonds, Dates ,walnuts etc.
Tfn like Idly, omelette dosa, bread omelette we can prefer
