Weight gain foods for babies

it's totally dependent upon babies taste. Although egg, meat, suji, fruits, milk and vegetables plays very important role in growth and weight gain.

Use healthy fats like ghee, butter ,cream ( in different soups),cheese ,etc .Use full fat milk . Use raisins ( kishmish) ,dates in halwas , cereals or in shakes. Potatoes, Banana the best source for weight gain in babies. Use paneer ,cheese and soya beans in curries ,rice, sandwiches as they are rich source of protein and help in muscle gain
