For all mommies concerned about weight of their babies,if ur baby is around 8months try some roasted poha (flattened rice) grind it into powder n cook it with some milk serve it warm to ur baby.It works amazingly .

1. fruits are very healthy food for babies , especially. banana give more benifits , it improves digestion and also babies weight gain fastly.
2. mixed dals like toor dal, moong dal , fried chana dal, urad dal , sabudana, rice you have to mix these dals and fry it with cashew or badam or ground nut after that grind it . that grinded powder cook with water and add ghee , it gives more protiens to ur babies and they are get weight also.
3. dry fruit mix powder , which is combination of cashew , badam, dry dates, akruit, pista for this u have to fry all dry fruits in little quantity of ghee seperately and grind it seperatly each one after that u have to grind all the mixture one time. this dry fruit powder also mix with milk or above dal mixture . it gives more strong ness to ur babies and also they gain weight.
