massage with baby oil and bathing ...and after bath he wants to sleep

During summer , babies are very excited 😊 to playing with water 💦 while bathing.In summer we apply baby powder for prevent from prickly heat.use of cotton cloth and cotton nappy.Water and fruits juice play also play very important role for keeping us cool.Simple and digestible food are advised.also fresh air from parks.

yes it's cool.... and also use cotton dresses... provide watermelon, cucumber, .. lassi...for internal body coolness

I offer her cucumber, watermelon , n all seasonal fruits available in summers. Also splashes of water here n there . My mum usually plays with her by taking a bowl or a glass of water and let her dip her hands n sometimes feet in it. Baby is always in cotton clothes. And lots of water to drink . A sippy cup is always handy and visible to my baby when she is thirsty.

Keeping the baby’s body cool from inside is as important as keeping the surroundings cool and comfortable. I recommend on checking the meals you provide for your baby and focus on food items which helps in regulating body temperature.
