yes, bby walkers not suggested by doctors due to below

1. safety of the baby
2. the chances of walking position changes

No it's just a myth about walkers.Childrens enjoy and also learn walking easily with walker
but there is a small risk that child may be fall from walker so I suggest parents to keep an eye on them.

Yes walkers with rotating wheels are bad for babies. Walkers with straight moving are good.
