Very effective and used home remedy for cough and cold in babies

Babies catching cough and cold is very common. Hot few drops of mustard oil and let it cool down, when it's lukewarm then add some camphor and a pinch of dry ginger powder (saunth) in it. Mix well and apply warm on babies chest, back and foot sole.
It will help baby relieve of all the congestion.

My son was himself very much prone to them until he turned 4 and I used this remedy every tym with him and it worked like wonders.

jaffal is also home redimi for cold n cough

heat some mustard oil and add a pinch of camphor in it and apply front of check and back. nise and foot
