better to give ragi alone upto 1 yr..later on ll try health mix powder.. preparation: bengal gram, horse gram, green gram, barley small amt, dried corn, ragi, kambu, kowni rice, any other pulses n grains.. soak for whole nit n cover by a cloth in each n next day dry it all in sunlight n fry n grind well.. use dis as health mix.. can add nuts too..
