hi my son is 3 years old but he says few words and understands everything but ignore whenever call his name we are worried about it please suggest what to do

do not understand his gestures. ignore him and make him.understand that u will talk only if he speaks

hye.. its ok. every child is diff.. jus try to engange him in your conversations more.. try to play the games color indetifications, go and fetch the toy, or take him to walk.. he will get more comfortable .. give him much more of your time and energy .
