Slepping problem

My baby is 2 year old, having habit of bottles at night, since last 2 months m trying him to leave the bottle, from 3 bottles we made 1, but now he is not leaving 1bottle, due to which every 3-4 hrs he wakes up , he is not sleeping continuously whole night.
Any suggestions or solutions plz
