Bathtub.
The most cost efficient product, have been using since the past 18 months or so.... and will use for my next kid too :)

I leave my kid in the tub in my balcony and she easily spends an hour of joyful time, while I get some metime. Double the joy on hot sunny days.

There is no more water required than used when bathing her. It is a green solution too. After use, I either water the plants or use it to flush the toilet as opposed to water going to the drain when bathing.
