1.Apply cream to baby body 15 minutes before bath.
Bath with warm water,first apply soap second time with sunnipindi.Its good for skin.
2. Heat pacha karpooram in oil and store in one bottle. apply daily night to the baby chest ,back bone ,arms and feet. It gives wariness and good breathing.
3.vaja kommu ( you can get in ayurveda shop) .roast it in dry pan till it gets blackish color.Grind it and store. add a pinch powder in two spoons of mother's milk or formula and give it to baby weekly twice. It melt the babies flum in throat and chest.
4.use this vajakommu without roast as a gas relief remedy. apply the smooth powder on stomach (gentle massage without roast).
5.cover the ears and head with woolen muffler.
6.change the dry sheet.
7.karakkaya(ayurveda shop) smash it into small pieces and grind it.pinch of powder add in2 spoons of milk (mother or formula) and give to baby weekly thrice .it protects the baby from cough and improves immunity.
Am using these but b careful and alert while introducing any newthing to baby.Because they are very sensitive and unique from one another.
