A baby is usually born with no visible teeth in their mouth. However, in a newborn baby, there are 20 fully formed milk teeth or primary teeth lying underneath the gums. These teeth loosen and fall out between the ages of 6 to 10 years to give way to adult teeth.

Deciduous teeth is the official term for baby teeth, milk teeth, or primary teeth. Deciduous teeth start developing during the embryonic stage and then commonly begin to come in about 6 months after birth. There are typically 20 primary teeth — 10 upper and 10 lower.

after milk consumption should wipe the teeth surface with wet cloth so the sugar of milk doesn't decay the teeth .commonly known as nursing bottle caries.

The first wobbling of milk tooth or the first fall of milk tooth is an indication that the body is ready for higher brain development and the child's thinking faculty develops. The child starts asking why rather than just how.
