After 1 year we need to give baby some brain development games which includes colour recognition shape identification.
those will keep baby occupied all the day and also useful for them

Till 7 month to 8 month mom is everything for baby. I think mother has to plan A, B if possible C.

As my kid is 3 years old now and i found keeping my kid all the day long is very difficult but iam using different ways by making some activities such as building blocks,playing carom, learning chess coins names,finger printing his fingers with paint,making lady'sfingers dip in paint and make it a impression on paper, thread art etc.....

We have made a schedule of her activities
Like making her play with toys, with colors and some diy objects. I also take her with me in the kitchen and she help me in peeling the onion, putting veggies in fridge etc. By which she remains engaged plus active
