No need to get rid of. It's a natural process. It gives baby's a soothing effect and stress free.
gradually with time baby will leave it and switch to the toys - to put them in mouth.

its a natural. dont force the baby.. thumb sucking gave the baby satisfaction. automatically after some time baby will forget about it.

thumb sucking is normal till 4 years of age .don't try anything ,your baby will automatically leave it after 4 -5 years and if he doesn't than you can try different things to make him stop.
