Firstly minimise use of diapers, make ur LO wear cotton nappies so that air can pass. Apply talc everytime before u make ur LO wear diaper or nappy. Give some free time keeping him all naked, this will not cause rashes. The most important is after using wet wipes, pat dry the area nd leave it nappy free for sometime.

Infact my daughter was born in chilling winters..So my main aim is to protect her from cold and other symptoms.She was in diaper for 24*7 for two months..I make sure to change the diaper every 3 hours..If she does loop then immediate change.
