How to get rid of Diaper Rashes?

For newborns...keep checking the diaper every 2 hrs since they tend to pee a lot..Wash ur hands before n after diaper changing..clean the diaper area with baby wipes (that does contain alcohol) or warm damp cloth..make sure that the babies parts are dry before putting on the diaper..apply baby cream and massage until it is completely absorbed before putting on the diaper..
Selection of the size is an important factor..see that the baby is comfortable in her or his diaper so that it is not too tight or loose... Selection of the brand also plays an important role...Few diapers even though branded may not be suitable for some babies..
