1.Apply diaper rash cream.
2.If you are at home and your baby is waking then make her wear cotton pants .
3.Wear her diaper only while going outside and while sleeping.
I never let my baby to wear diapers at home while she wakes.I used to wear her only while sleeping.
She is 3 months ..i had no rash issues till now

Best way to avoid diaper rash is:
never leave poo for more then 5 mins,
don't use wet wipes instead use water n cloth,
diaper for max 4 hrs,
use cloth diapers

* clean your baby skin with mild wet tissue or Luke warm water.
* dry your baby skin with clean dry cloth after that leave it for 2 to 3 min for complete dry
*If RASHES are there then apply any rash cream ..I prefer mee Mee rash cream...if no rashes then let it be..or u can apply coconut oil...never use powder.
*never leave any amount of poop more than 15 min.
*if your baby poop more than 5 times or u see slight redness then you should apply rash cream ofter complete dry
*InshaAllah your baby will never face any type of rash
