Green leafy veggies like palak, methi, dill leaves are good in fibre helps in milk production. Drumsticks leaves can be consumed once in a week. Coconut should be replaced by dry coconut due to digestion problem. Green chillies replace it with red /byadagi chillies to avoid acidity. Good to add fennel seeds, jeera,ajwain,methi seeds,garlic in your diet. Drink lot of water before and after breastfeed
