I m using Vicks baby rub.

instant relief is vicks baby rub apply on chest and back. during breast feed make baby to smell that. if it is severe pls consult doctor

Don’t use anything rather focus on baby’s lying position until you consult a doc. I always make sure my baby lies little elevated about 30-45 degrees in lateral position. & it really helps in breathing with blocked nose
